Give with your feet – Running for a cause

When I first started running marathons were a relatively “new” thing for the average runner, now 12 years later they are often the ultimate goal for even beginning runners. I believe a great deal of this can be credited to running for a cause.

Not only has it made running more accessible to more people by creating large training groups and opening up slots in some of the biggest marathons, but it gives runners a purpose. An extra reason to get out the door on days where life is busy or everything hurts.

Spread the word and get more people running for a good cause!
